Talk to a person
No ticket queue and no first-line script. Pick the channel that matches what you need, and the reply comes from someone who works on the plugin.
Four inboxes, one for each kind of question
The subject line is filled in for you, which is how a small team answers the right question first.
Support
Something is not behaving: a panel section that will not render, a code that never arrives, a theme that fights the login page.
Include
- The URL of the page it happens on
- Your WordPress and HUBU versions
- What you expected, and what happened instead
Licensing and billing
Which tier covers the sites you look after, moving a licence between domains, an invoice that needs a VAT number, a refund inside the window.
Include
- The email the licence was bought with
- Your order number, if you have it
- The domains involved
Security disclosure
Found a way past a rate limit, a role check, or an endpoint that answers to the wrong user? Tell us before you tell anyone else, and we will credit you in the changelog entry that fixes it.
Include
- The affected module and version
- The steps that reproduce it
- Whether it is already public anywhere
Agencies and partnerships
Building HUBU into what you sell, an integration with your own plugin, bulk licensing, or writing about it.
Include
- What you build, and for whom
- Roughly how many sites
- What you would want from us
One paragraph that gets a real answer first time
Most back-and-forth is one missing detail. If you send the URL, the version and the difference between what you expected and what happened, the first reply is usually the fix rather than a question.
- Screenshots help. A screenshot of an error message helps more than a description of it.
- Tell us if you have another login or membership plugin active — that is the first thing we would check.
- Write in English or Persian. Both reach the same person.
Three pages that answer most first messages
Not a deflection — these are the pages we would send you to in the reply, so opening one now saves a round trip.
Still deciding whether to write?
The live demo answers the question most first messages are really asking: what does the member area actually look like.
